Made from 100% vegetable starch, these strong carrier bags will decompose completely in industrial composting conditions, unlike degradable or bio-degradable bags which break down into micro-plastics that remain in the soil. We recommend that these bags are not recycled, but once they reach the end of their life, they should be disposed of in the food or garden waste bin.
